COMPOSITION
Chardonnay 100%, fermented in oak barrels

PRODUCTION
First press from a soft pressing of the healthy and ripe grapes, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels, stored on lees. Duration of 170 days in contact with the wood.

TASTING

Color
Pale yellow with golden reflections, luminous.

Aroma
Very pleasant and surprising, reminiscent of vanilla, banana, peach, toasted bread, butter and more. Rich and delicious.

Flavor
Balanced, warm and creamy, full in the mouth, persistent and tasty, after-taste is complex and long-lasting in line with the aromas.

Finish
Very interesting, harmonious, honest, creamy, persistent.

Enjoyment
Can be enjoyed like a young wine; its production characteristics offer and promise a very good evolution and conservation in the bottle.
