MANUELA DE NAVERAN
Chardonnay 100%, fermented in oak barrels
First press from a soft pressing of the healthy and ripe grapes, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels, stored on lees. Duration of 170 days in contact with the wood.
Pale yellow with golden reflections, luminous.
Very pleasant and surprising, reminiscent of vanilla, banana, peach, toasted bread, butter and more. Rich and delicious.
Balanced, warm and creamy, full in the mouth, persistent and tasty, after-taste is complex and long-lasting in line with the aromas.
Very interesting, harmonious, honest, creamy, persistent.
Can be enjoyed like a young wine; its production characteristics offer and promise a very good evolution and conservation in the bottle.
