Must obtained from a gentle
pressing of ripe, healthy grapes. Alcohol and malo-lactic fermentation
in oak barrels, conservation on the lees. Total time: 170 days in the
wood. |

A pale glowing yellow, with
hints of gold. |
| Nose: |
A pleasant, surprising nose,
reminiscent of vanilla, banana, peach, toasted apn, and bitter among others.
Good and rich. |

Well balanced, warm and creamy,
full on the palate, complex, with a long lasting finish. |

A very interesting wine. Harmonious,
honest, creamy and with a long finish. |

Can be drunk young, but the characteristics
