CABERNET CRIANZA NAVERAN

Composition: Cabernet 85% and merlot 15%.
Proof grading: 12.5º
Elaboration process: Maceration and fermentation with skins for 8 days until the sugar has fermented. After the malo-lactic fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is transferred to barrels for 9 months. Once bottled it is racked until sold.
Colour: A deep brilliant garnet.
Nose: A pleasure-giving nose, multi-flavoured taste, a distinctive note of spices, a long finish.
Taste: A rounded full-bodied wine, with a long finish, fruity with a hint of oak.
Overall: Balanced and honest, good wood, pleasant long lasting aroma and taste.
Consumption: This wine goes well with a great variety of Spanish and Mediterranean dishes.
