Maceration and fermentation
with skins for 8 days until the sugar has fermented. After the malo-lactic
fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is transferred to barrels for
9 months. Once bottled it is racked until sold. |

A pleasure-giving nose, multi-flavoured
taste, a distinctive note of spices, a long finish. |

A rounded full-bodied wine,
with a long finish, fruity with a hint of oak. |
