Composition: Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Merlot 15%.
Proof grading: 12.5º
Elaboration process: Macerated and fermented with the skins for 6 - 8 days, fermentation of sugars, malo-lactic fermentation and storage in stainless steel until bottling.
Colour: A deep, brilliant garnet red.
Nose: A pleasing first impression, distinguished, a full-bodied, long lasting flavour typical of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape varietals.
Taste: Full, smooth and rounded; with good body and a long, pleasant tannin finish.
Overall: A balanced, honest wine with a long lasting flavour. Should be good for cellaring.
Consumption: This is a versatile wine, and can be combined with the great variety of dishes offered by our Mediterranean cuisine.
