ROSADO DE LA FINCA NAVERAN
Composition: Tempranillo 25%, Merlot 35% and Cabernet 40%.
Elaboration process: Harvested when fully ripe, the grapes are macerated and fermented over a four-week period; subsequently the three varieties with great character are blended and bottled.
Colour: A pale rosy colour, with a hint of strawberry.
Nose: An intense, distinguished aroma, with notes that are reminiscent of wild strawberries.
Taste: Pleasant, dry but smooth and velvety, full and balanced with low acidity.
Overall : A harmonious wine with an honest, long-lasting aftertaste.
Consumption: This is a versatile wine that makes an ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine in general.
