Elaboration process: Short maceration and crushing of the grapes. Once racked the must obtained is fermented at a temperature of 16ºC and kept on the lees, later filtered and let settled in stainless steel until the final bottling.
Colour: Pale yellow with a touch of gold.
Nose: The first impression is a surprising one, a mixture of flowery and fruity aromas.
Taste: Pleasantly mouthfilling, a hint of a slight maceration. Light and velvety with low acidity and a rich, full aftertaste.
Overall: Well structured and balanced, with a persistent and lasting aftertaste.
Consumption:: A good accompaniment to light summer meals (salads, cold dishes, white meats etc.), but the structure of this wine means that it can also be drunk on other occasions..
