| Elaboration process: |
Short maceration and crushing
of the grapes. Once racked the must obtained is fermented at a temperature
of 16ºC and kept on the lees, later filtered and let settled in stainless
steel until the final bottling. |

Pale yellow with a touch of
gold. |
| Nose: |
The first impression is a surprising
one, a mixture of flowery and fruity aromas. |
| Taste: |
Pleasantly mouthfilling, a
hint of a slight maceration. Light and velvety with low acidity and a
rich, full aftertaste. |
| Overall: |
Well structured and balanced,
with a persistent and lasting aftertaste. |
| Consumption:: |
A good accompaniment to light
summer meals (salads, cold dishes, white meats etc.), but the structure
of this wine means that it can also be drunk on other occasions.. |
