| Elaboration process: |
The Chardonnay grape is harvested
when perfectly ripe. After a short maceration in the press, it is gently
crushed and fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature. As with
the Parellada variety, after the coupage, the tirage and the second fermentation
in the bottle takes place. After two years of ageing is ready to drink. |
| Colour: |
A pale, brilliant yellow with
a greenish tinge, small bubbles that rise slowly to form the characteristic
crown. |
| Nose: |
Very pleasant, refined, with
the long finish characteristic of the varietal and the ageing process. |
| Taste: |
Pleasant on the palate, soft
and smooth, a dry, fresh nature, rounded and with a good, elegant and
well balanced aftertaste. |
| Overall: |
Well balanced and harmonious, with an honest
aftertaste and long finish. Serve at 4 to 10ºC at any time, as an aperitif
and with all sorts of dishes - enough body to accompany strongly flavoured
dishes and sauces.
Home delivery included with a minimum order of a dozen bottles.
