Macabeu 20%, Xarel.lo 40%,
Parellada 20% and Chardonnay 20%. |
| Elaboration process: |
The three varieties are harvested,
crushed and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled
temperature. Coupage in November, tirage and second fermentation in the
bottle typical of the "Méthode Champenoise" for a minimum period of two
years before the moving of the bottles (to clear up sediments), disgorging,
corking, and labelling before sale. |
| Colour: |
Very pale, brilliant yellow;
good, regular, small bubbles that make a good ring on the surface. |
| Nose: |
Pleasant first impression,
fine light aromas, secondary aromas and those characteristic of ageing
in the bottle reminiscent of flowers, fruits and spices. |
| Taste: |
Exquisite and mouthfilling,
very dry and at the same time fresh, with balanced acidity and an elegant
aftertaste, fruity and long lasting. |
| Overall: |
Well balanced, with a pleasant
aftertaste and long finish. |
